Nomad RMS was founded to solve one problem: rental operators don't lose time because they lack tools, they lose time because their tools don't talk to each other. A booking sits in one system, the fleet lives in a spreadsheet, customer messages sit in a separate inbox, and someone reconciles all of it by hand at the end of the day.

Nomad RMS connects reservations, fleet, customers, payments, maintenance, and reporting into one platform, so a change made in one place is true everywhere else in the business. The same system runs a single-location economy fleet and a multi-location operation spanning economy to luxury and exotic vehicles, combustion or electric.

Founded in 2024, Nomad RMS was built from the ground up around the daily workflow of a rental business rather than adapted from a general-purpose booking tool.
